The cult leaders are mainly trying to form their sectarian lifestyle to be attractive for others living outside the cult, but after changing that person’s beliefs, the cult leaders encounter a serious problem; that is, how to fix the new beliefs of that person and to prevent him/her to come back to his/her previous theological rudiments. In order to fix the new beliefs in the newly-attracted elements, the cult leaders apply the method of spiritual separation and event he physical one out of life environment which is called the mind control.

To explain the structure of Baha’ism universal organization, Francesco Ficicchia states that the organization is quite strict and complicated. According to him, the Baha’I teachings and beliefs are merely in service of accepting and manipulating the organization. The structure of the organization is based on blind obedience. A person will be boycotted if he/she violates this main rule. According to Ficicchia; in the Baha’ism organization, the members of the Baha’ism cult will be instantly boycotted for each kind of criticism, personal innovation, freedom of state, criticizing strict regulations censorship and studying the opponents’ works.

Since the emergance of the Baha’i faith, it has been encountered with criticisms and oppositions. The Christian, and Muslim scholars even the irreligious authors and scientists have criticized the originality and teachings of this new-emerged Iranian faith.

First, the Baha’ism organization tried to cut the relationship between the Baha’i community and open-minded opponents in order for the Baha’I members not to have any relationship with the opponents.

Today, the Baha’ism organization tries to introduce its opponents as illiterate, hostile people and covenant breakers. It is a kind of character terror.

The leadership of Baha’ism in Haifa who considers itself as divine and infallible hasn’t been able to tolerate the ex-Baha’is opposition. So, it has excommunicated and dismissed a large number of opponents using various excuses.

The violent and illogical movements of the Baha’ism organization have caused thinkers such as William Garlington, Juan Cole, fredrick Glaysher, Dennis MacEwen, George Fleming, Stew Marshale, Ellison Marshall, Steven Shell, Saint McGlenn, Francesco ficicchia, Eric Stetson, Dale Husband to turn against Baha’ism and oppose the function of the baha’ism organization. They have been members of the Baha’i community for years and proselytizing its teachings.
