In a message addressing the Baha’is of Samarqand (where had been occupied by the Russians), Abdul Baha asked them to regulate wisdom expediencies and prevent proselytizing non-Muslims according to the total policies of Baha’ism. However, what was the reason except for the Islamic resistance and Shia Zeal against Colonialism which had aimed the mission of the self-proclaimed prophet of Baha’ism?!

After the self-proclaimed prophet of Baha’ism was saved by the Russians and exiling the rest of the Baha’is to the Ottoman land, the Russian empire accepted several Baha’is in his land, but the Baha’is who were present in the Iranian colonies of the Russians, were just allowed to proselytize for Baha’ism ordered by the Baha’i leaders. So, Abdul Baha, the Baha’ism leader sent a message for the Baha’is of Samarqand (where had been occupied by the Russians) and asked them to regulate the wisdom expediencies and to prevent proselytizing non-Muslims based on the general policies of Baha’ism.

He couldn’t mention the reason for proselytizing Muslims exclusively in the Iranian colonies of the Russian said: “O- dear disciples of Abdul Baha, a message was orally with the Excellency Agha Mirza Ali Akbar Nakhjawani in private which is detailed. There is no time to be written. It is about restriction of proselytizing among Muslims. Of course, pay attention to this proposition and move based on it. Because the wisdom of all is in it; otherwise it will become hard in those lands ever harder than Iran. You must be so careful. It is necessary and essential.[1]

Nevertheless, why did the Baha’i leaders order for restricting proselytizing Muslims and prevent their followers to make the Muslims and the Russians Baha’i?!

Answers:

  • The Baha’ism leaders have constantly shown that their main aim is to remove Islam particularly the Shia religion before proselytizing and expanding Baha’ism[2].
  • Why did the Russians allow the Baha’is to enter into their colonies?! Why didn’t they prevent the Baha’is to proselytize Muslims of these regions?! This is a sign indicating the hidden contract between Baha’ism and the Russian Colonialism to change the population of Muslim living regions of its colonies.
  • At first, the Baha’i leaders were sending their followers to proselytize and making net despite of all deprivations, executions and imprisonment. Why were they doing it for the Russians?!!! As a matter of fact, what was the difference between Iran and Czar Colonialism?!!![3]
  • Another reason for Baha’ism to be the mere instrument of the Colonialism is that not only this cult was calling its followers to compromise with government, but also it was using this strategy in other colonial countries[4].

Today, the Baha’ism organization is preventing its follower to proselytize in Israel[5], but it intrigue its follower to proselytize in Iran!

Yes, when Colonialism failed against Islam and Shia religion, it turned to make a cult Baha’ism in the Islamic community to campaign against them. For this reason, Baha’ism defined its proselytizing priority for Muslims and its important teaching as removing (national and religious) bigotry[6].
