In a statement, the Baha’i organization invetigated the opposition of the governmental officials and the Canadian Jewish organization against violating of human rights in Iran. However, are the Canadian regime that violates huamn rights and the Jewish who ignore the Israeli crimes in this country merited to oppose the huamn rights in other countries? According to the Iranian Constitution, all groups are respectful as long as they don’t plan against the religion and the country

In a statement, the Baha’ism organization considered creating an atmosphere mized by hate and lie as necessary for clear violation of huamn rights and added:

“Mr. Kerry Diotte one of the members of parliament of Canada says: I join a large number of people across the world who are unanimously worried about the repression of Baha’is in Iran. The freedom of religion and belief is one of the most basic principles of civilization. The religious repression of the Baha’is must be ended.[1]

Issuing a statement, the CIJA organization as the representative of the Canadian Jewish people expressed its worries and added: “We, the Jewish, are aware of the mortal consequences of the nonstop repetition of forged lies and accusations against all of a community. If the brainwash done by the Iranian regime isn’t paid attention, this thought will be institutionalized in the community that the Baha’is are alien in their country and merited to be under discrimination and violence. This hate must be stopped Canada must paly a basic role in interrogating Iran due to numerous cases for violating the Baha’is human rights.[2]

The Answer:

۱- Has the scandal of huamn rights of the Canadian regime for the genocide of the native people of this country and the ethnic discrimination from the beginning of its emergence till now left any criticism for huamn rights in other countries?! Have incidents like discovering mass graves of native kids of this country[3] or selling weapons to the Saudi Arabia[4] left a reputation or justification for the impudence of the Canadian regime?!

۲- How can the representative of the Jewish in Canada hear the claim for the Baha’is tobe oppressed in Iran, but he can’t hear the oppression of the Palestinians who are deprived of the first human rights?!

۳- According to the principle 14 of the Iranian Constitution: “The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Muslims are responsible to act morally and fairly with non-Muslims ands regulate their huamne rights. This principleis valid as long as they don’t plan against Islam and the Islamic republic of Iran[5].”

۴- Consequently, we can observe that the majority of the Baha’is who are bond with this principle will possess freedom and merely a limited people who are busy with sabotage against the Islamic revolution directly by the Baha’ism organization or are deceived by the spying Baha’ism organization are limited in freedom by the law.[6]
