How governments relate to the countries that are geographically located in the same region with them is an important and influential issue. This relationship is more important for the political units having lower universal-regional acceptance. For example, because the Zionistic regime has no legitimacy and legal basis, it is always afraid of other countries in the region to be united against itself. To survive its government and to preserve its existence, the Zionistic regime has acted on repression, aggression and expansionism in one side and in other side it has taken the strategy of proceeding relationships and cooperation with nearby governments.

As a matter of fact, racist nature of the Zionistic regime and its first years conflicts against the surrounding environments –which has been called “the conflict between Arabs and the Zionistic regime”- caused this regime to increase some parts of its security by soaring its friends and allies in the region despite of being consistently supported by America.[1]

As we know, the opportunities for establishing the independent Jewish government in Palestine land was provided based on issuing Balfor declaration. Its statesmen have been always confronted with the danger of isolation and security threats by the Arabic governments. Under this concern, “Ben-Gurion”, the first prime minister of the Zionistic regime posed the doctrine of “Peripheral Alliance” figuring out the fragile position of this regime in the western Asia.

The strategic peripheral plan was based on three principles of attacking unawares, transferring war into the enemy land, initiative, trying to get out of political isolation and cooperating with the region countries.

Of course, the peripheral unity was conducted through communicating with non-Arabic countries of the region aiming neutralizing the extensive oppositions of Arabic countries existing the Zionistic regime and their regional control via relating with the neighbors of such countries. This strategy caused for “Ibrahim Agreement” to be signed in this framework meddled with the United States of America between the Zionistic regime and several Arabic countries. As a matter of fact, Ibrahim Agreement points out a peace agreement signed among the countries like the United Arab Emirate, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan. Based on this, a peace agreement was fulfilled between the Zionistic regime, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain on Sep 15, 2020 A.D. in the white House[2].

Bahrain is an archipelago country located in the south of the Persian Gulf. Such geographical position has changed this country into a center of natural resources particularly oil, gas, fish and pearl and during the recent years, it has been turned into one of the international banking centers. However; apart from these valuable resources, Bahrain is considered as one of the important centers of Shiism. It can be introduced as the third Shiism center historically after Iran and Iraq. The relationship and enthusiasm of the inhabitants of this country in Shiism religion is so firm and valid that the word Bahrain means Shia among the inhabitants of the peninsula and the Persian Gulf and Sunni minorities living in this island is called “Ahlul Bahrain”.[۳]

In fact, 70 percent of the population of this country are Shia, Muslim. The other characteristic of Bahrain is its closeness to the important country of the Western Asian region i.e.: Iran which has been paid attention by America. All these features caused the American politicians to try to have relationships with the rulers of Bahrain country; so that, today the fifth fleet of America is present in this country.[4]

The special geopolitical position of Bahrain and its proximity to Iran, the high Shiite population in this country and Israel’s need to establish close relationships with Bahrain make it be paid attention more sensitively the results of Baha’ism organization movements are determined in this country; because some clues on how to normalize relationships with the Zionistic regime may be gained.

As mentioned, Bahrain is governed by a Sunni royal family. Although the Shias of Bahrain are in the majority, they have had fewer important public sector posts and are virtually barred from military and police service. They are living in highly isolated areas and benefit from lower city services compared to Sunni areas.

Also; in a planned manner, the number of parliament representatives is less than normal. Ruling regime in Bahrain is “Al-e-Khalfeh” is proceeding the anti-Shia policy while the majority of the country is Shia.
